Lakeland Hospice History

1984: Lakeland Hospice was founded in Fergus Falls as the area's first provider of Hospice care.

1994: Lakeland Hospice became Medicare certified.  

2006: Lakeland Hospice added home care services to our agency to help patients remain in their home 

2007: Camp Emily, a grief camp for children and their families began

2008: Construction began on the Lakeland Hospice House for people who are unable to stay in their homes  

2009: Construction was completed on the 8 bed licensed residential Hospice House  

2010: Lakeland Hospice celebrates the 1st anniversary of the Lakeland Hospice House!

It is a 2012 Heritage Softail Classic Harley!
