Bring in $1000 in pledges and donations on or before September 10th and become a member of the Lakeland Hospice Foundation 1KClub!

Members will receive a beautiful leather jacket with a commemorative patch indicating your membership into this very elite, exclusive club!

Just ask your church, boss, business, service organization, friends and relatives to support Lakeland Hospice by making a tax-deductible donation to the Lakeland Hospice Foundation.

Once you reach your goal, you can either mail it in, drop it off at our office (1505 Pebble Lake Road, Suite 400, Fergus Falls), or turn them in at registration the day of the run.

We will be happy to order your jacket and you will receive it in a few weeks.
